Duties include, but not limited to:
-Repairing tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner:
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Etc.
- Maintaining appealing appearance of the property
Trash pickup, Landscaping
- Apartment Turn Over
Paint, repairs. etc.
- Emergency on call
Reporting after hours for designated maintenance emergencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
